Patrick Mahomes & wife Brittany list Missouri home for nearly $3 million
Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, are reportedly putting up their recently renovated ranch house in Kansas City, Missouri for sale.
According to an article from Variety's Dirt, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and his wife, who have been married for just over a year, have listed the property for a price slightly below $3 million. The couple initially purchased the house in 2019, estimated to be around $1.9 million.
A representative from the real estate agency declined to comment on the listing.
During their time at the private Country Club District, Patrick Mahomes, the 27-year-old Super Bowl champion, and Brittany oversaw extensive renovations on the 1950s home. They invested nearly $400,000 in upgrades, resulting in modernized features such as open-concept living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows, as reported by Dirt.
Situated on a 1.4-acre lot, the ranch house offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property also includes a media room, formal living and dining rooms, and an updated sunroom. Outside, there is a heated pool, a fire pit and lounge area, a putting green, and a five-car garage.
Recently, the Mahomes family welcomed their son, Patrick "Bronze" Lavon, who is now seven months old. They also have a two-year-old daughter named Sterling Skye. In February, Brittany shared a photoshoot of the family of four, expressing gratitude in the caption for their blessings.
Coinciding with Brittany's update, Patrick and the Chiefs secured their second Super Bowl victory in Mahomes' relatively short career.
During the NFL offseason, the couple has been enjoying various activities, including attending the Met Gala, dressing up for the Kentucky Derby, and receiving special treatment at concerts such as Luke Combs' recent show.
Considering Patrick Mahomes' 10-year, $503 million contract extension with the Chiefs signed in 2020, it is unlikely that the family will be relocating anytime soon.
