It won't be too much longer before Conor McGregor gets married to long-term partner Dee Devlin and fans have long been intrigued as to what sort of wedding the Irish couple will decide to have.

McGregor is currently the richest MMA fighter in the world, which means that if anyone can throw a lavish wedding to catch the eye then it is him.

He is also known for ensuring all the attention is on him and his lifestyle at any given time, so that is another reason to think it could be a pretty jaw-dropping wedding.

Are Conor McGregor and Dee Devlin married?

Fiancee Dee Devlin has played a huge role in McGregor's successful fighting career and will, of course, have her own say as to what kind of wedding the pair have.

They first met back in 2008 and have now got three children together. It wasn't until 2020 that McGregor finally popped the question and they have been planning their wedding since then, although the coronavirus pandemic hasn't helped.

Conor McGregor has now discussed the upcoming wedding, of which details have been fairly sparse.

"My wedding is going to be extravagant, that's for damn sure," he said in an interview with Extra TV.

"We are going to have the best of the best of the best, and then more to the best.

"We have got to find the location, but it's going to be Ireland, I'm going to get married in the Emerald Isle, and then figure it out, so it's a big process.

"Let's see what happens, I'm ready for it all."

The key detail there is that the pair will be getting married in Ireland rather than in the USA.

As for the exact date and guest list, this still has to be worked out, but eventually the pair will tie the knot at what will be one of the biggest wedding parties in years.
