Floyd Mayweather may get Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury rematch called off
AJake Paul vs Tommy Fury rematch may have to be put in the ice as the famous YouTuber-turned-boxer is allegedly planning to prioritise a bout against Floyd Mayweather.
Paul said that he plans to trigger his rematch clause after his defeat to Fury in Saudi Arabia back in February.
"We can run it back," Paul noted.
"I think we deserve that rematch. All respect to Tommy, he won.
"Don't judge me by my wins, judge me by my losses."
Fury accepted the challenge, replying that he will do his best to "come back bigger and better and stronger"
"If he wants the rematch he can bring it on," Fury said.
Jake Paul's U-turn
Yet, YouTuber Keemstar has revealed that Paul now has other plans in his mind, as he wants to face Mayweather before he takes on Fury again.
"My sources are telling me Jake Paul is planning this in this order: Jake Paul vs Floyd Mayweather, Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury 2, Jake Paul vs KSI," Keemstar tweeted.
Jake Paul vs Floyd Mayweather's entourage
Paul was involved in an altercation with Mayweather and his entourage after a Miami Heat game last week.
"So I'm leaving the Miami Heat game and Floyd Mayweather and 50 dudes pull up out of nowhere, out of like some side alley, waiting for me outside the stadium, and they're like 'So what's up? what's all that talk now?'," Paul revealed.
"I'm like first of all, what did I say to you Floyd?
"I just took your hat and you're still mad about it? Come on, bro.
"And then 50 dudes literally start surrounding me to jump me, and I'm out."
