The 'floating palace' of the England WAGs during the World Cup: The players are banned from the ship
The MSC World Europa, a luxury cruise ship valued at one billion euros, has set sail for Doha to be the accommodation for the partners of England footballers during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The tournament runs from 20 November to 18 December.
The luxuries of the MSC World Europa, a "floating palace"
The newspaper The Sun published that on this luxury ship the partners of the English footballers will be able to enjoy beauty salons, designer shops, six swimming pools, 14 jacuzzis with a sea view, bumper cars, a roller skating rink, 13 restaurants, a famous microbrewery and the famous The Venom Drop, the longest slide at sea.
As a curiosity, the MSC World Europa has been classified as 'off-shore', so alcohol can be consumed on board (alcohol consumption is not allowed in Qatar).
England's players banned
The Daily Mail reported that the footballers, who will be staying at Doha's luxurious Souq Al Wakra hotel under strict controls, will not be allowed to board the 'floating palace' where their partners will be staying.
The families of the footballers will have to pay upwards of 7,000 euros to be able to stay on the boat.
