Verratti is robbed while staying at Ronaldo Nazario's Ibiza home
Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti has had jewellery and money stolen from a house belonging to Ronaldo Nazario.
The Italian is staying in Ibiza at the property that the former Brazil striker and current president of Real Valladolid owns.
The house is in the area of Cala Jondal and EFE have confirmed that the Guardia Civil are investigating the crime, after it was reported in the early hours of Monday morning.
The figures are yet to be confirmed by either the player or the authorities, but it is believed that three million euros worth of jewellery and cash has been stolen.
At the time of the robbery, there was no one in the house and there was no sign that the door had been forced to gain access to the property.
Verratti has been enjoying some time off before he returns to Paris to begin preparing for the upcoming season.
He will be one of few elite players who gets a rest during November and December as Italy did not qualify for the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
The 29-year-old made 29 appearances for the French champions last season across all competitions, scoring twice.
