Draymond Green drops a couple of F-bombs during Warriors parade
Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors dropped two f-bombs during the team's championship parade and the crowd went wild!!
Green was on stage with his teammates to celebrate the Warriors' fourth title in eight years, which they won in six games over the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals.
Green didn't hold back when he got on the mic, as one might expect.
"I don't know what y'all want me to tell you, that we better than everybody," Green said. "This has been an amazing year. I told y'all don't let us win the f***king championship."
"Clearly, nobody could stop it. I warned y'all," Green added.
Green began his speech by confessing that he was trying to come up with the most controversial thing to say and he was not kidding.
The four-time NBA champion promised to "continue to destroy people on Twitter," then went on to praise his teammates.
Draymond Green celebrated with the crowd
Green ended his speech to the crowd with an emphatic message to anyone who isn't a member of Dub Nation, in true Draymond fashion.
"I just want to say thank you all," Green said, "and as always f*** everybody else," he added.
The parade began at 11:20 a.m. on Market and Main streets in San Francisco, and proceeded down Market until it reached 8th Street about a mile away.
When the Warriors held championship parades in Oakland, the route came to a halt at Lake Merritt, where players gave speeches and engaged directly with fans on a makeshift stage.
Unsurprisingly, Green stoodout throughout this section of the parade. Of course, Green's joke about staying at home today could be a reference to the Warriors' nonstop celebrations since winning the NBA championship over the Celtics.
