The Lions roared and defetead the all mighty Cardinals
The Lions surprised the NFL world by defeating the all-mighty Cardinals 12-30 at the Ford Field.
Detroit arrived with a 1-11-1 record, while the Cardinals tried to seal the top of the NFC's West Division.
Jared Goff's Best Game
Detroit's quarterback completed 21 out of 26 passes for 216 yards, while having a hand in three touchdowns.
Goff assisted Amon-Ra St. Brown, Josh Reynolds, and Jason Cabinda, achieving 18 points.
Even Detroit's Head Coach Dan Campbell surrender to Goff's game. "He made some outstanding throws today," Campbell said during the press conference.
"He (Joff) got us to the right place. I thought he maneuvered well, he took some hits, he bounced back. I thought he played outstanding."
Detroit obtained the second triumph of the campaign by defeating Arizona.
Arizona's Second Consecutive Defeat
For the vast majority of the season, Arizona had the best record of the NFL. However, the Cardinals lost three of their last five games.
The Cardinals attract criticism. Public opinion doesn't see Arizona as a Super Bowl contender.
With these two consecutive defeats against the Rams and one of the worst NFL teams as Detroit, the Cardinals look more vulnerable than expected.
