16:30 GMT: Sir Frank Williams (1942 - 2021)
With an hour to go until lights out in Jeddah, the entire Formula One paddock pauses to remember and honour Williams Racing founder Sir Frank Williams who passed away earlier this week at the age of 79. The Williams family sold the team last season but everyone within the team is carrying tributes today, as is every car on the grid today. A minutes silence is impeccably observed followed by a rousing round of applause, fully justified too.
