Rams 0-14 49ers: Stafford intercepted again, Ward scores for San Francisco

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the close of NFL Week 10. The Rams take on the 49ers tonight at Levi's Stadium, with Odell Beckahm Jr. making his debut for McVay's team.

After Robert Wood's injury, which will keep him out for the rest of the season, the former Browns receiver is ready to start a new adventure. Follow play-by-play of the game with Marca English's coverage.

Stafford experiences a nightmare and suffers his second interception after a short pass to Higbee. Ward rushes for 27 yards for the second touchdown for the 49ers.

The 49ers ran 18 plays on their first offensive series. More than 11 minutes with the ball. George Kittle closes out a perfect job by Garoppolo and gets the first TD of the night with an 8-yard pass.

San Francisco 49ers are 3rd in the NFC West. In Week 9, they faced Arizona Cardinals (8-1) at Levi's Stadium, where they fell 31-17.

Jimmy Garoppolo completed 28 of 40 passes attempted (326 yards), threw two touchdown passes, and was intercepted once.

On the other hand, the Los Angeles Rams are ranked 2nd in the NFC West. In Week 9, they faced the Tennessee Titans (7-2) at SoFi Stadium, where they lost 28-16.

Matthew Stafford completed 31 of 48 passes attempted (294 yards), threw one touchdown pass, and was intercepted twice.

ESPN will broadcast the nationally televised Monday Night Football bout, which kicks off from Levi's Stadium on Monday, Nov. 15 at 8:15 p.m. ET.

The 49ers lead the rivalry 73-67-3. They have added to their lead by winning four straight games, sweeping the Rams in both 2019 and 2020.

Previously, the Rams had won three of four matchups. The last three meetings have been decided by one possession.

The Rams started off as bigger favorites but the number has dropped to near a field goal given some developments, including the 49ers looking healthier and the Rams losing key wide receiver Robert Woods to a season-ending torn ACL over the weekend.

49ers inactive players

Jimmie Ward suffered a quad injury in Week 8 forcing him to miss a game. He'll return to the starting lineup on Monday to aid San Francisco in defending Los Angeles' fourth-ranked offense.

Additionally, the cornerback Josh Norman, who suffered a rib injury in Week 9, is also set to play against the Rams.

Rams inactive players

The Rams present their inactive roster for the game. The wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and outside linebacker Von Miller are both officially active for tonight's game against the 49ers at Levi's Stadium.
