LeBron James' former teammate celebrates Lakers star's suspension
Kendrick Perkins, a former teammate of LeBron James, has applauded the NBA's decision to suspend both the LA Lakers star and Detroit Pistons' Isaiah Stewart following their altercation last Sunday, November 21.
This reaction followed LeBron's one-game suspension for the intentional elbowing and Stewart's two-game suspension for losing control with a bloodshot eye and attempting to hit the King in the Los Angeles Lakers-Detoit Pistons game.
Carry the hell on...
Former NBA champion and analyst Kendrick Perkins did not hesitate to express on Twitter his satisfaction with the suspension of both players.
The former Celtics and Cavaliers, team in which he coincided with LeBron, defined as fair the decision, considering the actions that both players played in the melee.
First, Perkins said, "This is fair both ways!!! Carry the hell on...."
Previously, the former center tweeted "Kill all that Malice at the Palace Part 2 talk. This is the game that brings them together and wakes up the monster. Carry on...."
Perkins' love-hate relationship with LeBron
Kendrick Perkins has previously surprised by giving contrasting statements about LeBron, as last October, when he said that for him King James is the greatest basketball player in history, above Michael Jordan.
However, last September, Perkins also dropped the bombshell by calling for Kevin Durant to be the new owner of the NBA crown as the best player today.
"Kevin Durant is the best player in the world and it's about time someone dethroned King James from being the best player in the world," Perkins said.
