Disastrous Rams debuts for Odell Beckham Jr. and Von Miller
The expected debut of both Odell Beckham Jr. and Von Miller with the Los Angeles Rams took place, but the final result was totally disparate with respect to the expectation that both generated.
Both Beckham and Miller saw limited action in the Monday Night Football game against the San Francisco 49ers, most of the plays, especially in the second half they were sitting on the bench as two more fans.
Two receptions for Beckham
It looked like the night would be special for "OBJ" as literally on the first offensive play of the game, Matthew Stafford looked for the newcomer and found him on a five-yard pass.
On that same offensive series, Stafford looked for Beckham on a long pass, however, from that point on, all expectations fell apart, as the delivery was intercepted by Jimmy Ward.
Beckham was only on the field for 17 plays.
In addition to the first pass, the former New York Giants and Cleveland Browns receiver only had one more reception, totaling 18 yards.
Miller ended up catching air
Miller's performance was even more saddening as he was even seen extremely tired and taking air in an assisted manner on the Los Angeles bench.
The only good news for the Los Angeles Rams is that after this game they will have their bye week so Stafford and Beckham will have time to practice.
The Rams have lost two games and the alarm bells are ringing in Los Angeles.
