Benzema wrapped in cotton wool ahead of El Clasico
Two days ahead of El Clasico, Karim Benzema didn't take part in Friday's training session at Valdebebas.
The striker picked up a knock to his right foot after Real Madrid's clash with Shaktar Donetsk but is not believed to be at risk of missing the clash with Barcelona on Sunday, October 24.
Benzema is the Carlo Ancelotti's only point of concern, since Eden Hazard and Dani Carvajal continue to reintegrate back into the squad.

Neither of them, however, are likely to start against Ronald Koeman's side.
Hazard has lost prominence in Ancelotti's attack recently, while Carvajal is looking to avoid suffering another setback.
The session that Benzema missed out on began with some gym work, while the goalkeepers went through various drills.
The Madrid side then split up into rondos and practised ball possession and pressure as well as some tactical work before ending in a small match.
